Check the legs/pads of the scale for any obstruction that may cause an imbalance 2. During the measurement, try to keep your weight centered directly above the scale as much as possible. 3. Try waiting for the scale to auto-shut off (about 10 seconds) before measuring again. 4. Avoid moving the scale. Moving the scale frequently increases the risk of inaccuracy. 6. After the food scale is connected to the mobile phone, enter the page of the food scale. 2. Put the food on the scale, and your phone will record the weight of the food. 3. Click "What's on the scale?" above the weight readings. 4. Click "Add" on the top right of the page. 5. Search for the food you want to record. 6. Click the "√" icon on the upper right of the page. 7: Click "Add to Plate" and go to the "Plate" page. You can see your daily recorded food here. 8. Hi, @djkueba Please pair the device by following the steps below: 1. Ensure Bluetooth and network permissions are enabled on your phone and the network connection is stable. 2. Open the APP, it should default to the "Home" page of the APP. 3. Turn on the device. 4. Wait for a few seconds, a window showing "Discover new devices" will appear. 5. Tap "Pair". It will then take you to the measurement screen of this device and state "Connection successful" if the connection is complete. When the data does not sync to your APP, please kindly try the following: 1. Reset the scale: Please reset the scale by taking out one battery for 5 seconds and putting it back in. 2. Restart your phone 3. Delete the device from your app account and re-add the scale to your app account again. You can access the chatbot in the Renpho Health APP and input [Delete a device] and [Add device] to get detailed instructions. Tips: 1.Please ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are on the measurement page or Home page(for APP version V5.11.5 or above) of the body fat scale; otherwise, the scale will not connect with your phone even if you open the app. 2. If you use the scale without opening the APP, the measurement will be stored in the scale, you need to wake up the scale to sync the stored data when you open the APP next time.
